Admission Process: Join Our AHPS Family
At AHPS, we welcome students who are eager to learn, grow, and become a part of our vibrant community. Our admission process is designed to be smooth, transparent, and supportive, guiding families through each step with care and clarity. Below is an overview of our admission process:
1. Application Form Submission
Start by filling out our admission application form, available both online and at the school’s administrative office. This form gathers essential details about the student and helps us understand your child’s unique needs.
2. Document Submission
Submit the required documents along with the application form, including:
- Birth Certificate
- Previous Academic Records (for applicable grades)
- Passport-Sized Photographs
- Transfer Certificate (for students applying to Grades 2 and above)
- Other necessary documents as requested during the application process
3. Interaction and Assessment
To ensure the best placement and support for each student, we conduct a brief interaction or assessment:
- Pre-Primary & Primary Grades: A friendly interaction with the child and parents.
- Middle & Senior Grades: A basic assessment to gauge the student’s understanding in key subjects, helping us determine the appropriate grade level and support needed.
4. Admission Confirmation and Fee Submission
Once the application and assessment are reviewed, selected students will receive an admission offer. To confirm the admission, parents will be required to complete the fee submission within the stipulated time.
5. Welcome Orientation
Upon successful admission, students and parents are invited to attend a welcome orientation session. This session provides important information about school policies, programs, and resources, ensuring a smooth transition into our school community.
